3) Red ( thumb operated ) Tactical Push-button or Toggle Switch on the thumb side of the China Hat
95+% of the time, this is a vertically mounted ON/OFF/(ON) SPDT Toggle Switch for flaps, canard belly board, or speed brakes — now you don’t have to hold the switch UP to raise things ( the limit switch shuts OFF the motor ) ; OR — (ON)/OFF/(ON) SPDT Toggle Switch for wing spoilers, cowl flaps, step COMM frequencies, rudder trim ; OR — ON/OFF SPDT Push-button for landing light, main fuel pump, strobe lights, auxiliary fuel pump, taxi light, nav. lights, smoke, cockpit lights, pitot heat ; OR — Normally Open (N.O.)
