The easiest thing to do ( and preferred way which GREATLY helps us out ) is to simply fill out our Interactive *.pdf Stick Grip Order Form after saving it to your desktop and click ‘Submit by e-mail’ in the top right corner of the order form. NOTE: IF you are using a MAC computer, you need to use the PC version of the FREE Adobe Reader for our Interactive *.pdf Stick Grip Order Form to work. So, follow the instructions in RED below.
Or, you can print the filled in order form then FAX it to us with your credit card number for foreign orders.
Or, mail your order form to us. We’ll contact you with a total to mail a check for.

If you want to know if we receive your e-mail order, go to ‘Options’ in your e-mail and click ‘Return or Delivery Receipt’ before you send your e-mail.
